  • Recommend sign companies that are UL listed
  • Submit your drawing and permit application
  • Apply for municipal contractor licenses
  • Apply for easement encroachment agreements
  • Apply for variances for signs that do not meet the municipal code including filing the complex application and presenting during Zoning Board of Appeals/City Council night meetings.
  • Acquire permit and call utility locates (J.U.L.I.E.)

FENCE PERMITS

We will provide a valuable service to your customers by obtaining the permit for them. On average, it takes a homeowner about three visits to their municipality to obtain a permit. Typically, City Hall is open during business hours, which requires that your customer take time off work. When we obtain a copy of their plat of survey, confirmation of homeowner association approval, and a copy of the fence invoice, then we can apply for the permit efficiently. Our knowledgeable staff will also apply for variances for fences that do not meet the code, which include a stack of paperwork and night meetings.

BUILDING PERMITS

We will assist you in obtaining permits for store renovations which include:

  • Zoning analysis and variances
  • Occupancy classification and primary use conditions
  • Business licenses
  • Contractor licensing
  • Tenant build out or occupancy permits
  • Fire protection permits

CODE VIOLATION RESOLUTION

We can work with the city to resolve code violations which can result in fines and court appearances.
